Can I change my booking?

You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To change your booking, log in to our website “My Bookings” section using the details contained in your confirmation email. If you cannot access your order online, please use our Contact Whatsapp.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your booking via the “Booking” section of our WhatsApp contact using the details contained in your booking voucher.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Your flight will be monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the right time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be updated automatically. Please note that updates to new arrival times are subject to availability.

My flight details have changed, do I need to let you know?

Yes, please send your new flight schedule as soon as possible via the “Booking” section in our whatsapp contact. If your pick up time is within 24 hours, please call the local emergency telephone number provided on your confirmation voucher.

Where is the meeting point at the airport?

In most destinations, the driver will wait in the airport arrivals lounge, holding a sign showing the passenger’s name. We will confirm the exact meeting point information on the reservation confirmation voucher.

What are the sizes of Medium and Small suitcases?

The average size of a medium trunk is around 65-70cm (26-27 inches). A small suitcase is a backpack or handbag that can fit on your lap, measuring around 35cm (14 inches). If you have oversized or oversized luggage, please specify its dimensions in the special instructions column on the order form.

Do we provide child seats?

Child and infant seats are available upon request. You can request child and infant seats in the Extras section of the booking page.

Will I share the vehicle with other passengers?
For private transportation, you and your group will be the only occupants of the vehicle. For shuttle transfers, you will share a car with other passengers.

What is a Shared Shuttle transfer?

Shuttle transfers require waiting for other passengers and stopping at additional locations. Sometimes, transfers will collect passengers from two or more flights. Waiting times are kept to a minimum, however shuttle services take longer than private shuttle services, this is reflected in the price difference. All pickup times are provided as an approximate guide and are not necessarily accurate due to the nature of the shuttle service.

Does the airport transfer take us directly to the hotel?

Private transfer service takes you directly to your accommodation. The shared shuttle service will take you to your accommodation or the nearest pick-up/drop-off point to your accommodation.
